1. Authorized Use

pdmbooks is intended for authorized personnel and approved business users. You must only access data for the business(es) you are permitted to manage.

2. Accounts & Security

  • Keep your credentials confidential and do not share accounts.
  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.
  • Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to bypass permissions, security controls, or business scoping.
  • Do not upload malware or abuse the system in ways that degrade performance or availability.
  • Do not use the system for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Audit, Monitoring & Logs

For security, compliance, and troubleshooting, system activity may be logged and monitored. Logs may include actions performed, timestamps, and related identifiers.

5. Data & Confidentiality

Financial and HR records are confidential. You agree to protect sensitive information and follow your organization’s policies and applicable law when exporting, sharing, or storing data.

6. Availability & Changes

The system may be updated from time to time. Maintenance or outages can occur. Features and configurations may vary by enabled modules and assigned permissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the system is provided “as is” without warranties. Indirect or consequential losses are not covered.
